Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality standards in customer service and health and safety
  • Develop a passionate work environment and help team members grow and improve
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally
  • Train and educate the team on drink-making processes and policies
  • Manage and create content for TikTok in the branch
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • An energetic and positive person with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
