We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Management Specialist to join our team in Ellesmere Port and Chester. As a Cover Supervisor and Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for managing student behaviour and providing support to teachers and other school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other school staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or youth-focused setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Enhanced DBS certificate.
