About the Job:

As a Community Engagement Officer with Ad Warrior Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting confidence in the police service by resolving enquiries promptly and effectively.

You will be the first point of contact for reported crimes and incidents, providing an initial response to enquiries from the public and other agencies. This requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of policing responsibilities, legislation, and Force policy and procedures. They will also be able to maintain accurate records and escalate issues to other departments or agencies when necessary.
