Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care
SCR is seeking a highly experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential home for older people in the Stafford area.
The home provides care for residents with dementia, creating a supportive environment that prioritizes their well-being and promotes person-centered care.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A recognized qualification in leadership and management, such as QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people's or dementia care homes
- Excellent staff management skills and the ability to motivate teams to deliver outstanding care
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Unwavering enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver exceptional care and achieve outstanding ratings
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, reflecting their expertise and qualifications. This includes benefits such as professional development opportunities and a comprehensive induction program.
