Randstad UK is seeking two experienced Assistant Site Managers to work on a high-profile phased development project. As a key member of the site team, you will support the Site Manager and lead the site during holiday periods.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of site staff and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement site plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Managers CSCS and First Aid certification.
- Proven experience working on large, complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
