Job Title: Deputy Ward Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support junior staff and students
  • Ensure high standards of care for patients' mental and physical health
  • Act as a role model and provide leadership
  • Work effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Support with recruitment and retention
  • Conduct risk assessments and write reports
  • Ensure compliance with Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations

The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse qualification with excellent clinical knowledge, experience with care plans, risk assessments, and report writing, and knowledge of Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations.
