About the Opportunity

This is a permanent position offering a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in a primary care setting
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in primary care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
