**About the Role:**

As a Mental Health Coach Lead at Waythrough, you will be responsible for monitoring, developing, and sharing good practice across staff teams to ensure individuals and teams are better equipped to work with a greater range of challenging support needs.

You will also provide high-quality intensive support using psychotherapeutic intervention and support the staff team in delivering these.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a range of professionals to ensure risk assessment, management, and safeguarding requirements are effectively planned, assessed, responded to, and met.

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
