About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at the Neuro Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide support to patients to enable them to lead a full and valued life, contributing to their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create an environment that promotes patient participation and decision-making.
  • Enable patients to participate in and contribute to their local community.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

NVQ 2 or working towards.Experience of working as a Key Worker.Experience of working with challenging behaviours.A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a hospital environment.Previous experience of working with patients with Brain Injuries/Neurological conditions.
