Main Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized support to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Supporting patients with cognitive and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ 2 or working towards
