A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Coordinator to join Russell Taylor Group Ltd, a leading recruitment agency. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work in a fast-paced sales environment where your main responsibility will be to support a team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize in placing candidates within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and directing all inbound calls
- Preparing CVs for the Consultants
- Updating the CRM system
- Sending out Terms of Business
- Inputting weekly temporary payroll
- Supporting the recruitment of temporary workers, including advertising vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and sending documents to clients
- Creating social media content
- Working with external agencies and providing monthly content ideas for all platforms
- Maintaining the office and ensuring supplies are consistently stocked
- Organizing group charity events and coordinating monthly charity collections
To be suitable for this role, you will have administration and customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent attention to detail, good time management, strong communication and IT skills, and a proactive attitude.
