Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing all inbound calls
  • Preparing CVs for the Consultants
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Sending out Terms of Business
  • Inputting weekly temporary payroll
  • Supporting the recruitment of temporary workers, including advertising vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and sending documents to clients
  • Creating social media content
  • Working with external agencies and providing monthly content ideas for all platforms
  • Maintaining the office and ensuring supplies are consistently stocked
  • Organizing group charity events and coordinating monthly charity collections
Requirements

To be suitable for this role, you will have administration and customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent attention to detail, good time management, strong communication and IT skills, and a proactive attitude.
