- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from trade accounts.
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the customer service and sales processes.
This is a full-time role working 4 days from our Bracknell office and 1 day from home. You will receive:
- A competitive salary + commission structure.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
To be successful in this role, you'll have the following experience, personal skills, and attributes:
- A passion for generating new business and identifying business opportunities.
- A proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve performance goals.
- The ability to demonstrate how well you work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable customer relationship management, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience in the retail sector.
