Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team at CV Library.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for processing work according to agreed procedures, business rules or scripts. This role serves as an entry point for many operational staff, typically at an early stage in their working life.
To be successful in this position, you must be able to execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately, building a track record of same. Performance parameters will be established, indicating target performance levels influenced by task complexities and client needs.
Please note that all candidates will be assessed based on their merits, qualifications, and ability to perform the job duties.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions/Applications via an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system.
- Schedule and prioritize allocated work daily.
- Maintain records for audit purposes.
- Meet deadlines and handle cash payments/reconciliation.
This is a temporary ongoing role with an estimated salary range of £13,300 - £16,400 per annum depending on experience.
