Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in the Education or Defence sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering defence-related projects and a strong knowledge of the regulations, standards, and best practices within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects within the education or defence sector from conception through to completion.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the stringent security, functional, and regulatory requirements of defence projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Produce detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
