Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the processing of new business, withdrawals, and fund switches, working closely with the paraplanner.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain valuations, information, and product details.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and other parties, providing excellent customer service.
  • Book annual review meetings with clients and manage a financial planner's diary.
  • Maintain compliant files and ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping.
  • Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the financial planning process and experience within the industry.
  • Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Prioritize and plan your own workload, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Detailed and accurate, with excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, working independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 DOE, plus great benefits, including parking on site and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
