We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Financial Planners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out all administrative duties to fully support Financial Planners, including obtaining valuations, information, and product details for analysis.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication.
- Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and follow through to completion, working closely with the Paraplanner.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties, providing excellent customer service.
- Understanding of the Financial Planning process and ability to achieve agreed outcomes independently.
- Prioritisation and planning of own workload, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- 3% employer pension contributions.
- Free eye test and £100 towards glasses every 2 years.
- Full training package.
- Every 3 years earn an extra day holiday up to 5 days.
- Flexi-start two days a week and early finish on a Friday.
- Free onsite parking.
