Financial Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa - Care Homes. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, manage cash allocation, and reconcile transactions to bank statements.
  • Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure timely payment and information exchange.
  • Administer purchasing and supplier payments, manage petty cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, and local management reporting.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, stationery replenishment, and personnel file management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Financial Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • A friendly and approachable manner, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
