Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
- Client liaison and communication
- Assisting in preparing suitability reports
- Preparation of meeting packs and annual review packs
- Drafting letters and emails to clients
- Maintain active monitoring of client-focused activity on platforms
- Liaise with third-party providers
- Anti-money laundering duties and compliance with FCA regulations
- Stay up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes
- Salary up to £30,000
- Long-term career opportunities and internal progression
- Cycle to work scheme and birthday off
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Previous experience working as a wealth management administrator
- Previous use of CRM systems, including X-Plan and Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent understanding of Financial Planning
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team
