Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including obtaining valuations, information, and product details for analysis.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and processing of new business, withdrawals, and fund switches.
  • Manage a Financial Planner's diary, book annual review meetings with clients, and maintain compliant files.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and provide excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and experience within the industry.
  • Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Prioritize and plan your own workload, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Xplan, our back-office system.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 DOE.
