Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure that customer needs are met and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of retail experience and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong ability to work well under pressure.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £24,960 per annum (based on 16 hours per week)
