Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Park House development in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individualised support for our residents, assisting with personal care, organising activities, booking appointments, and escorting residents on outings.
Key Responsibilities:- Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management.
- Organise and participate in various activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Book appointments and arrange transportation for residents as needed.
- Escort residents on outings and ensure their safety and well-being during these excursions.
- A warm, friendly, and compassionate approach to supporting older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Possession of a Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.80 per hour, rising to £14.10 per hour for weekend and evening shifts. Additionally, we provide:
