Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and an NVQ level 3 management qualification, with a professional qualification being desirable.

Essential skills include the ability to lead and motivate teams, set and achieve measurable targets, solve problems, make effective decisions, and develop strategies.

Excellent communication, customer care, and negotiation skills are also required, along with a strong understanding of national issues relating to digital and information services.

Working Arrangements

This is a permanent post based at County Hall, Preston. The hours are 37 per week working Monday to Friday.

We are currently working with greater flexibility and have a blended approach with attendance at an office base and working from home.
