Job Title: Care Support Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional. This role involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with their personal hygiene and recognize clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality at all times.
  • Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. We offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within the role. Our ideal candidate should have good communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and be adaptable to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
