About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Flexibility Expert to join our team at Salutem Care and Education. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support services. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing personalized plans to enhance the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  • Support individuals in maintaining their health and wellbeing.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with colleagues, managers, and individuals supported.
  • Manage medication processes and facilitate self-administration as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to inform service delivery.
About You:
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • You are organized and efficient with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You share our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion and fostering a culture of respect and understanding.

Our comprehensive package includes a salary ranging from £25,500 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a wide range of benefits designed to support your overall wellbeing.
