Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care services to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect of individuals at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
• Practicing safe systems of work across various tasks, demonstrating initiative and respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Communicating effectively with residents, visitors, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home. Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
We offer a competitive salary of £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to a range of benefits including employee discounts, apprenticeships, and leisure activities.
