About the Job

This opportunity is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check and applicants must have current UK professional registration. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and sharing memorable moments with them.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with food and drink preparation and following individual care plans
  • Ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time and attention

You'll need to have some experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a 'can-do' approach. In return, we offer all the training you need to thrive in your career.

Benefits and Qualifications

We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of around £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
