About the Role

At Avery Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care and creating a safe, caring, and innovative environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and identify any changes that may impact their care and care plans.
* Implement, monitor, and evaluate person-centred care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
* Provide support with medication requirements and promote independence where possible.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, ensuring that any reasonable requests are met and concerns or complaints are escalated.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and responsive to cover a range of responsibilities.
