Job Overview

Avantis Education is seeking a highly skilled International Channel Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our global Channel Partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Identification and Onboarding

Identify and recruit new international Channel Partners to expand our global reach.

Partner Enablement

Develop and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners are well-trained and equipped to sell our products.

Strategic Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with existing channel partners.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

Monitor and analyze partner pipeline and sales performance, providing guidance and support to maximize sales effectiveness.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities and potential markets for expansion.

Co-Marketing Initiatives

Work with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Training and Support

Provide ongoing training and support to partners on product features, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Performance Reporting

Track and report on partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, stock requirements, and customer satisfaction using our internal CRM.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a bonus but not essential.

Experience

Significant experience in Channel Partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in an international context.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of the global education market and international business practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through Channel Partners. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
