Community Mental Health Doctor

In this dynamic Locum General Adult Specialty Doctor position with Athona Ltd in London, we seek a dedicated professional who can deliver high-quality care to adults with mental health needs. Your primary focus will be on creating comprehensive treatment plans that not only address patients' mental health but also take into account their social and environmental factors.
This challenging role requires you to prescribe and monitor psychiatric medication, ensuring regular check-ins, especially in community settings where there might be less supervision.
You will play a crucial part in responding to crisis situations in the community, such as addressing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or acute psychotic episodes.
To excel in this position, please note the following requirements:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Commencement Date: Start immediately
- Background Check: A current, fully cleared DBS
Salary Information: Our competitive salary ranges from £100,000 to £130,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
