About the Job

Ets egis transport solutions is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer - Railway Systems Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement electrical designs for railway projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other railway infrastructure elements.
  3. Participate in design reviews and ensure that all designs meet company standards and client requirements.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to the development of new design processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical design for rail infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (MicroStation or AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
  • 27 days' annual leave on top of bank holidays.
