Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEND Schools
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in a variety of SEND schools across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, providing support to students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning and development
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a variety of school settings
