Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close working partnerships with customers, operational leadership teams, and ARCO colleagues to deliver contract success.
  • Lead a diverse operational team to achieve customer service, operational excellence, and commercial goals.
  • Manage contractual outputs, including financial, operational, and safety metrics.
  • Chair monthly contact and performance meetings between customers and ARCO.
  • Direct auditing work to ensure contract obligations are met and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
