As a Store Manager at Pet Family Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for every customer. You will assess customers' needs, recommend Pets Corner products and services, and lead by example by demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train and develop your team.

The role of Store Manager will include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for every customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Assessing customers' needs, recommending Pets Corner products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Responsible for the sales performance of the store, identifying any improvements needed and implementing.
  • Team Leadership: Leading by example by demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train and develop your team.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintaining our high standards and ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented and clean with a good shelf life.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory by checking deliveries, undertaking stocktakes and investigating any stock losses.
