Senior Government Relations Manager

The role will work closely with the Director of Government & External Relations to analyze and understand Government policies and maintain Samsung's reputation with key stakeholders.

This position will help Samsung be a trusted advisor to the Government, enabling us to provide expert advice on policies that benefit our business and society.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing Government policies' potential impact on our business and working with colleagues to develop constructive alternatives;
  • Raising awareness and driving the Samsung brand message through engagement with key Government and industry partners;
  • Maintaining relationships with key Government and industry partners;
  • Monitoring and analyzing Government policy developments and providing relevant briefings to colleagues.

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills, who can demonstrate understanding of how Government develops policy and its impact on business functions.

A successful candidate should have experience in large organizations (public and/or private sector) and performing an in-house or agency public affairs role successfully.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
