Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Hailey, Hertfordshire. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to detail to ensure the best possible quality of life for our residents.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent
  • A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively
