Clinical Supervision Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Restorative Clinical Supervisor.

In this role, you will provide critical support to CAMHS practitioners, empowering them to deliver exceptional care to children and young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality supervision sessions that foster reflective practice, emotional wellbeing, and professional growth.
  • Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each practitioner, ensuring they receive the guidance and support required to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture that values relational practice, evidence-based interventions, and trauma-informed care.
Requirements:
  • A recognised qualification in mental health (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent).
  • Specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or a similar therapeutic approach.
  • A wealth of experience in mental health, particularly with children and young people.
  • A proven track record of working within CAMHS or similar services.
