## Job Title: SEN Teacher

## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Oakwood Specialist College. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to neurodiverse young adults aged 16-25.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning, particularly with your assigned class.
* Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes.
* Provide inspirational learning opportunities to learners, whether in the classroom or out in the community.
* Work closely with Learning Support Assistants to direct them in effectively supporting the learners.
