We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Oakwood Specialist College. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to neurodiverse young adults aged 16-25.

### Job Summary:

* Lead classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning, particularly with a small class size of 5-7 learners.
* Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes.
* Provide inspirational learning opportunities to learners, whether in the classroom or out in the community.
* Work closely with Learning Support Assistants to direct them to effectively support the learners.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the Post 16 Study Programme.
* Identify and address any learning gaps or challenges faced by learners.
