Job Title: Support Worker

Creative Support is a leading provider of high-quality support services to individuals with a wide range of care needs, including those with learning disabilities and other complex needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in the Tudhoe area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to 5 service users who have a learning disability, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive communication and engagement skills to support service users in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Work within a positive behaviour support framework to promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
