Job Summary
We are looking for confident and compassionate individuals to work in our Tudhoe Supported Living Service. As a Support Professional, you will provide person-centred support to 5 service users with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families
- Providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encouraging participation in activities and promoting independence
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
