Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is a leading provider of high-quality support services for individuals with diverse care needs, including those with learning disabilities and complex needs.

We are seeking dedicated and caring Support Workers to join our team in the Tudhoe area, working in our Supported Living Service. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to 5 service users, enabling them to experience a wide range of opportunities for personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing positive communication and engagement skills to support service users
  • Working within a positive behaviour support framework to promote positive outcomes
  • Developing as a skilled practitioner through ongoing training and support
  • Contributing to a consistent and mutually supportive team ethos
