About the Role

As a Service Development Lead at FitzRoy Support, you will have the opportunity to empower and develop a team to provide sustainable quality services that truly transform people's lives. With a strong focus on person-centred approaches, you will work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, or mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure person-centred approaches are in place to deliver outcomes that meet the needs and wishes of the people we support.
  • Develop activities and plans that transform the lives of the people we support according to their needs, wishes, and aspirations.
  • Engage with the local community and promote the involvement of the people we support and FitzRoy's profile.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional individual with care sector experience, excellent computer skills, and attention to detail. As a customer-focused team player, you will be data-driven, tenacious, and diligent, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
