About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Project Lead to join our rapidly expanding team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in leading AI/ML projects related to video-based workflow optimisation and supply chain tracking, with a focus on healthcare and manufacturing use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CTO and COO to implement AI-driven vision systems for hospitals and manufacturing companies.
  • Lead the team in annotating videos, programming AI models, and crunching data to present actionable insights.
  • Oversee projects such as tracking medical devices through supply chains, optimising operating room changeover times, and performing quality control on production lines.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the deployment of these systems, ensuring they meet the needs of end-users, such as healthcare professionals and manufacturers.
  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initial programming to the implementation of vision systems.
  • Manage video annotation, data analysis, and reporting of insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor AI models to specific use cases.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
Requirements
  • Strong coding skills, particularly in machine learning, computer vision, and video analysis.
  • Experience in AI/ML model development and data-heavy projects.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary: £70,000 - £85,000, depending on experience and skills.
