Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with students to develop strategies for managing their behaviour
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualised support to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
- Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour support plans
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND or behavioural needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
- Commitment to providing high-quality support to students
- A competitive salary of £450-£550 per week (inclusive of holiday pay)
