About the Role

As a Program Manager on the External Fulfilment Network Solutions (EFNS) team, you will play a key role in driving operational and tactical risk-based security projects and programs specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards, providing ongoing training on security best practices for personnel involved in your projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to implement security solutions, drive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
  • Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
About the Team

The External Fulfilment Network Solutions (EFNS) team is responsible for securing the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promoting security across business. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
