Crisis Intervention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. As part of our Emergency Operations Center, you will provide specialist enhanced clinical assessment and support to patients experiencing mental health crises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting telephone-based assessments and providing remote advice to crews on-scene with mental health patients.
- Working autonomously as a practitioner with patients experiencing a mental health crisis.
- Maintaining consistently high CPI scores for clinical care as per audit procedure.
The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience in acute mental health care, current NMC/HCPC registration, and a commitment to CPD. A Master's degree in healthcare related subject or equivalent experience is desirable.
Salary: £51,883 - £58,544 per annum (Outer London) HCAS
