Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and partnership services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing client needs and developing individualised recovery plans
  • Providing one-to-one support and group sessions to facilitate recovery
  • Collaborating with partnership services to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Monitoring client progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions

Requirements:

  • Possession of relevant qualifications and experience in substance misuse or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of drug and alcohol services, interventions, and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Commitment to upholding information governance procedures and ensuring client confidentiality

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
