Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Manager to join our team. As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects between £50k to £300k, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building management systems industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Commissioning Trend, Tridium, and Schneider software.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a related field or a professional certification in project management.
