Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing projects between £50k to £300k, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the development of software and documentation, including RAMS and O&M documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building management systems industry.
  • Expertise in Commissioning Trend, Tridium, and Schneider.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.

  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
