Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Manager to join our team. As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects between £50k to £300k, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the development of software and documentation, including RAMS and O&M documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building management systems industry.
  • Knowledge of Commissioning Trend, Tridium, and Schneider systems.
  • Excellent PC skills and ability to work with various software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Driving license and ability to travel as required.

  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
